Prakriti Sofat is an Asian Economist with HSBC covering a number of Asian economies such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand etc. She has been with HSBC since June 2007 and before that was working with IDEAglobal, an independent research house, covering Japan, Australia and New Zealand. She has a PhD in macro economics from Cardiff Business School, where she also taught.

Frederik Groth graduated from the foreign trade university in Hamburg Germany, in 1994 and joined TOEPFER International. After working 4 years in the headquarter in Hamburg he was posted as a Grain Trader for TOEPFER in Paris until 2000. Coming back from Paris he spend another 2 years in Hamburg as the responsible for the French and North African market. Since 2003 Frederik Groth is working for TOEPFER International Asia stationed in Singapore. In his position as a Vice President he is responsible for the Grain trade in Asia as well as TOEPFER’s activities and joint ventures in Australia.
