Gordon Davis is the Managing Director of AWB Ltd. Before joining AWB, Mr Davis was General Manager Australia and Asia for Orica Mining Services and other Orica group companies in the areas of fertilizer and chemical production.

Prior to joining Orica, he worked as a Policy Advisor to the Australian Federal Leader of the Opposition, specialising in the areas of environment, science, and resources. Mr Davis earned his MBA and Bachelor of Forest Science (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, and his Master of Agricultural Science from the University of Tasmania.

Jerry Steiner is Executive Vice President, Sustainability & Corporate Affairs. He is responsible for leading the company’s sustainability strategy and global corporate affairs. He also develops value-added business with key food industry companies. Steiner has worked for Monsanto for over 25 years and been involved in biotechnology issues for more than a decade.

After receiving a B.S. degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Wisconsin in 1982, he worked in sales for Monsanto in Wisconsin and Texas, and various marketing and product management roles. In l992, Steiner received his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

From 1996-1998, Steiner led the Global Product Strategy group. He lived in Brussels for two years, serving as the general manager of Monsanto’s Europe/Africa business. Following this he led Monsanto’s Corporate Strategy group. In June of 2003 Steiner was appointed to his current position.

Frederik Groth graduated from the foreign trade university in Hamburg Germany, in 1994 and joined TOEPFER International. After working 4 years in the headquarter in Hamburg he was posted as a Grain Trader for TOEPFER in Paris until 2000. Coming back from Paris he spend another 2 years in Hamburg as the responsible for the French and North African market. Since 2003 Frederik Groth is working for TOEPFER International Asia stationed in Singapore. In his position as a Vice President he is responsible for the Grain trade in Asia as well as TOEPFER’s activities and joint ventures in Australia.
