adminSimon Davidson studied law at St. John’s College Cambridge and subsequently obtained a master’s degree in maritime law at Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia, Canada. Simon is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and of both the Hong Kong and Singapore Institutes of Arbitrators. He has been appointed by the ICC as sole arbitrator on a number of cases.
Simon joined the firm in 1985, when he took articles. In 1989, he transferred to Holman Fenwick Willan’s Hong Kong office and became a partner in 1994. He is now based in the firm’s Singapore office where he became the managing partner in 2000. He specialises in marine, commodity trading and energy contracts, litigation and arbitration.

Lyndon Asser has been with ABB Grain Ltd now Viterra for 20 years. He has a Bachelor of Economics Degree from the University of Adelaide.
Arif Widjaja a graduate with an MBA degree from th University of Portland, Oregon, USA. Since 1997, he has been heading the Procurement Department of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Prior to that he was also involved in the setting up of Japfa Group’s International operations in India, Vietnam and Myanmar. He has worked with PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. for more than 20 years.
Willis Cheng graduated from Taiwan National PingTung University of Science and Technology with degree in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary. He started his career with American Cyanamid as the Head of Agricultural Dept. He was the founder of CP Taiwan and CP Turkey pioneered in the full integration of parents farm? feed-mill? slaughter-house and food processing plants with over 40 years of experience in CP Group specialized in business management and development covering countries of China, Thailand and Europe.
