Lyndon Asser has been with ABB Grain Ltd now Viterra for 20 years. He has a Bachelor of Economics Degree from the University of Adelaide.
After spending 9 years in Banking, Lyndon joined ABB as a Treasury Analyst. In 1994 he then set up the ABB Other Commodities desk, trading Pulses, Canola and Oats. In 1999 he then moved to the company’s Victorian office in Melbourne where he was responsible for trading feed grains, principally Barley and Wheat. Then in 2006 with further company expansion he returned to Head office in Adelaide to take the role of Marketing Manager – Barley. This role has both an international focus with feed barley and a major responsibility to source malting barley for the Viterra Malt malthouses.
